* Add license metadata for various npm dependencies

* fix: correct license type for @actions/http-client to mit

* chore: update dependencies and version in package.json

- Bump version from 5.0.0 to 5.0.1
- Upgrade @actions/cache from ^4.0.3 to ^5.0.0
- Upgrade @actions/core from ^1.10.0 to ^2.0.0
- Upgrade @actions/exec from ^1.1.1 to ^2.0.0
- Upgrade @actions/http-client from ^2.2.3 to ^3.0.0

Add license files for @actions/http-client versions 2.2.3 and 3.0.0
