* feat: add concat-map and undici dependencies; update brace-expansion to 5.0.9

- Added new dependency concat-map with version 0.0.1.
- Updated undici dependency to version 6.28.0.
- Updated brace-expansion dependency to version 5.0.9.
- Removed overrides for brace-expansion in package.json.
- Added new balanced and concat-map functions in dist/index.js.
- Implemented validation for cookie domain and content length in various functions.
